"We had a great experience here. My daughter had to get all of her wisdom teeth removed and they were very nice and patient with us. Dr. West and the nurses were very informative and made sure we knew what to expect. We were in and out with no complications. They were also available for any questions after the procedure. "So I was recommended here by my dentist because I had an infected wisdom tooth that absolutely would not get numb...I filled out my paperwork online then went in on a Wednesday and had no problems with anything...the dental assistants were very nice, courteous,and professional. Dr. West called me in the office and briefed me and asked me some questions and come to find out I needed a couple more teeth pulled also...they were added in at the very last minute and the extra cost was as normal...All I know is I went to sleep talking to the assistant and woke up talking to her like it didn't even happen....over all this was a much needed and wonderful experience!!! These people were great!!!"

"4 wisdom teeth removed. Stitches on both sides at the bottom. No pain at all. The only con is the food diet: yo gurt, pudding, ice cream, mashed potatoes, soft scrambled eggs etc . I’m ready to eat real food now lol .. Awesome staff & I appreciate them."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this oral surgeon’s office. They removed my 15-year-old daughter’s wisdom teeth, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The doctor performed the surgery beautifully, and my daughter’s recovery has gone so smoothly because of their skill and care.The nurses were amazing as well — they kept a close eye on her, made sure she was comfortable, and answered every question I had. When I thought she might be having an issue during recovery, they didn’t hesitate to get us right back in. They checked her thoroughly and gave me complete peace of mind.Finding a medical team that is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate is rare, but this office has it all. "If I could give 10/10 stars I would. I have never been to such an amazing place. I was nervous going in there, but the receptionist was so friendly as well as everyone else in there. I truly believe they try to make you feel at home. I had two wisdom teeth pulled and two other badly broken teeth pulled and they did a great job, it was a very fast process! Dr.Chrissman and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!"

"I wanted to share how amazing and friendly the staff is, and Dr. West is awesome! I had to get 4 wisdom teeth removed and they had me in and out very timely as well as providing all the necessities for recovery. There was a complication in my healing but at no fault of the staff I just got pretty unlucky, however when I came back in they again were so polite and reassuring, that was this morning and I feel so much better now, to go from having trouble just laying in bed without pain to almost no pain is unbelievable. They deserve 10 stars but unfortunately Google doesn’t go that high lol."

"Everyone so nice. They made him feel at ease. And he said it wasn't as bad as friends said it was going to be and it was cause of the way he was treated by the way the dr and staff. But the dr did a awesome job at what he had to do pulling his teeth. And he talked to him while putting him to sleep and Chaz said that calmed him down. "So, I’ve been told for years to get my wisdom teeth removed. However, I was hard headed because I feared being put to sleep. My initial consultation with Dr. Robert’s put me at ease. The day of my surgery, the staff was so welcoming and sweet. They all complimented my nail color lol. In the surgical room, they just made me feel comfortable but I was still scared out of my mind. Once they started the IV, all I remember is the lady putting something in my mouth and I woke up one time because I heard the drill but drifted right back to sleep. I learned with IV sedation you’re not all the way sleep and you can still be given commands. However, I think I was sleep, sleep lol. No pain during or after the surgery. I even thought it only took 10 mins when it probably took 45 lol. I told them good job but they told me I did a good job. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you guys soooooo much for making this an easy process. May your business continue to thrive."

"My experience with Dr Chrisman was great! Had two wisdom teeth removed and it couldnt have gone better. Hi technician, Sandy was wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me prior to the procedure. Afterwards, she went over what I could and couldt or should not do. "Dr. Williams is amazing ! He eased any anxiety I had about the procedure (and trust me I had a lot considering I have dental anxiety and being pregnant on top of it). He checked on me throughout the whole tooth extraction making sure I was ok and wasn’t in any pain and it was honestly over before I knew it. I am eternally grateful to the amazing staff at this establishment for helping me with my dental issues after years of putting it off. I definitely recommend this place !"

I was referred to North Mississippi Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery by my dentist at Premiere Dental here in Tupelo for my process needs, and can’t even begin to tell you how amazing they were and have been. Professional, kind, respectful, gentle, and attentive are just the tip of it all. They treated me with the care you would expect from family and never made me feel that my concerns were silly or that I was being unreasonable in my concerns. I still have several procedures left to undergo to complete my needed healthcare results, but I am so very at ease now with what is to come, and that is in absolute thanks to the Doctors and staff at this facility. If you are looking for a facility that will take care of you properly, and be mindful of your needs, these are the folks, and this is the place."

"I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Williams last week. Everyone there was really sweet, nice, and polite. They did an awesome job explaining what all was going to be happening the whole time. We did have some miscommunication but they were amazing and very patient with me. Monday, I was still hurting (ended up with dry socket) and they did what they could to make me feel better. Went back today and they helped clear things up with the miscommunication. Was never once rude. Dr. Williams is very sweet, the staff is absolutely wonderful. If you have any questions or concerns, speak up and ask them. They are there to answer them. Thank you for taking care of me!"
