Dr. Frazier Williams is a board-certified oral surgeon and Mississippi native. He has been practicing with North Mississippi Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates since 2018. He earned a bachelor's degree in biological sciences with highest honors from Mississippi State University, followed by a doctorate of dental medicine with honors from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry.
Dr. Williams has a strong family history of military service, which led him to join the United States Navy while in dental school. During his deployment to Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, in 2011, he served as the dental department head with the 2nd Marine Logistics Group during Operation Enduring Freedom. For his service, he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
Upon returning home, Dr. Williams was accepted into the UMMC dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program. He earned his doctorate of medicine in 2015 and completed his surgery and anesthesia training, serving as chief resident from 2017 – 2018.
His clinical interests include wisdom teeth and dentoalveolar surgery, implantology, bone grafting techniques, and facial trauma and reconstruction. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and attending live concerts with his wife, Jessica. He is a dedicated fan of Mississippi State and the New Orleans Saints.
I came in with a problem and Dr. Williams was amazing! Scheduled surgery and they took care of me. Stitches are out and I’m feeling great.

Had a really great experience here getting my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Williams was awesome. He was super friendly and took the time to explain everything to me after my X-rays and before the surgery, which definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable going into it. He was very informative and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He even came back afterward to let me know how everything went.The whole process was honestly really smooth. One thing I especially appreciated was that they gave me a pretty accurate estimate of what I would owe after insurance about a week before the surgery. It gave me time to plan for the cost, and there were no surprise bills or unexpected charges when I got there.Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, and overall they made something I definitely wasn’t looking forward to about as easy and stress-free as it could’ve been. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Williams and North Mississippi Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates!
