"Best surgical experience I’ve ever witnessed, hands down ! Super friendly/welcoming and thorough staff. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed and was super anxious because he had not been under anesthesia since being a small child, not to mention his fear of Dentist. Within a minute of talking to the surgeon and the nurses, his whole demeanor changed, and his mind was put at ease. The operation was super fast and healed beautifully. 11/10 Recommend."

"Dr. Bauer did a phenomenal job, as well as my nurse. I forgot her name because I was under anesthesia, but she was amazing. She had shorter blonde hair and was from Mooreville. I was very scared because I haven’t had many dental issues or been put to sleep. They made me feel normal, did everything to make me feel comfortable, and safe. Answered all of my questions. Got me an appointment within a week of consult, and I have had zero pain or issues because I followed the after care instructions. Not even any pain the day of surgery or the day after. Just pressure. I really expected to be in pain when my medication wore off, but I’m 9 days out and not a single stitch of pain. Wonderful doctor. I know his skills had something to do with that. Thank you for making me feel safe to do things in the future. I won’t be afraid."
"I definitely recommend going here if you are needing your wisdom teeth removed or any other oral surgery! I was scared for days worrying about the anesthesia and I was so nervous of not waking up but everyone there was so kind and eased my nerves about it. You have people monitoring you 24/7 while you are under and making sure you are comfortable and breathing normally. My healing process was a breeze and I was able to eat normal in the next week! Might I also add that I was able to do a consultation in the same day as my surgery which was very easy to go through and fast!"
"So, I’ve been told for years to get my wisdom teeth removed. However, I was hard headed because I feared being put to sleep. My initial consultation with Dr. Robert’s put me at ease. The day of my surgery, the staff was so welcoming and sweet. They all complimented my nail color lol. In the surgical room, they just made me feel comfortable but I was still scared out of my mind. Once they started the IV, all I remember is the lady putting something in my mouth and I woke up one time because I heard the drill but drifted right back to sleep. I learned with IV sedation you’re not all the way sleep and you can still be given commands. However, I think I was sleep, sleep lol. No pain during or after the surgery. I even thought it only took 10 mins when it probably took 45 lol. I told them good job but they told me I did a good job. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you guys soooooo much for making this an easy process. May your business continue to thrive."

"I was at the practice to have a surgical extraction of a wisdom tooth and a simple extraction of another extra tooth, and everything went very well. All of the staff were very polite, knowledgeable, funny and extremely sensitive. I was already under sedation before I got to see Dr. Roberts again, but my procedures, thank God were conducted in a timely matter. (And I should know, because I time everything.)🙂 If you are looking for a very good dental surgery center and staff, please consider North Mississippi Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates. They are great!"

"After moving to Mississippi several years ago, I have had a terrible time trying to find a full sedation dental surgery center that will allow me to pursue the work I need to have done. I was referred to North Mississippi Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery by my dentist at Premiere Dental here in Tupelo for my process needs, and can’t even begin to tell you how amazing they were and have been. Professional, kind, respectful, gentle, and attentive are just the tip of it all. They treated me with the care you would expect from family and never made me feel that my concerns were silly or that I was being unreasonable in my concerns. I still have several procedures left to undergo to complete my needed healthcare results, but I am so very at ease now with what is to come, and that is in absolute thanks to the Doctors and staff at this facility. If you are looking for a facility that will take care of you properly, and be mindful of your needs, these are the folks, and this is the place."

"I have been a nurse for 33 years. My experience with Dr. Roberts and his staff was outstanding. Everyone from the receptionist when I arrived…to the assistance getting into my truck….could not have been more nice and professional. On the day I was there, Casey and Chris helped Dr. Roberts with a tooth extraction that required sedation. Had some special needs due to my medical history. They were very understanding and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend North Mississippi Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery."
"Dr Bauer and the staff are great, very helpful. I went in to have two wisdom teeth removed. I didn't respond well to the dental anesthesia, I wasn't calm or manageable. Any other doctor would've given me a higher dose and tried to continue the surgery, but Dr Bauer didn't. I was rescheduled for surgery under general anesthesia in the hospital. ((IMPORTANT NOTE The dental surgery cost is different from the hospital's cost for general anesthesia! I wasn't informed of that until I spoke with the hospital during pre-op.)) The hospital staff was excellent and the whole process was very smooth. I strongly distrust the medical world generally after so many bad experiences but I believe these people are trustworthy, and that's a lot coming from me."
"This was my first ever surgery and I was so nervous about being under anesthesia. Dr. West explained in detail how my 4 wisdom teeth extraction would go, what was wrong, and any complications that could possibly happen. I mentioned how I wanted to keep my wisdom teeth after the extraction and they listened. The surgery was quick and painless and they gave me all the instructions I needed for aftercare! Highly recommend!"

Dr. Roberts put me at ease in the consultation before the surgery. Thankfully, I have felt no pain and have had no complications whatsoever. Even the Nurse who inserted IV for the sedation didn't cause me any pain. Oddly, I developed a persistent case of the hiccups after the procedure that woke me up twice the night after the extraction. I felt silly calling the Dr.'s office to ask about this, but I did. His staff was very understanding and helpful even though I called on the busiest day of their schedule. They took the time to phone me in an Rx to help with the issue and Dr. Roberts even called me at 7:30 P.M. after their office Christmas Party to check on me! Thank you, Dr. Roberts and your amazing staff!!"

"I was nervous about this tooth removal but the staff and Dr. Chrisman did everything to ease my anxiety. They were completely professional, but also kind and thoughtful. And, of course, Dr. Chrismas is an amazingly talented oral surgeon!! I did not have sedation and never had any pain. Everyone should be so lucky as to go here when they are facing oral surgery. Thanks so much to the wonderful staff and Dr. Chrisman!! FYI--wait time was longer as I did consult and removal on the same day. "
