"Best surgical experience I’ve ever witnessed, hands down ! Super friendly/welcoming and thorough staff. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed and was super anxious because he had not been under anesthesia since being a small child, not to mention his fear of Dentist. Within a minute of talking to the surgeon and the nurses, his whole demeanor changed, and his mind was put at ease. The operation was super fast and healed beautifully. 11/10 Recommend."

"So I was recommended here by my dentist because I had an infected wisdom tooth that absolutely would not get numb...I filled out my paperwork online then went in on a Wednesday and had no problems with anything...the dental assistants were very nice, courteous,and professional. Dr. West called me in the office and briefed me and asked me some questions and come to find out I needed a couple more teeth pulled also...they were added in at the very last minute and the extra cost was as normal...All I know is I went to sleep talking to the assistant and woke up talking to her like it didn't even happen....over all this was a much needed and wonderful experience!!! These people were great!!!"

"4 wisdom teeth removed. Stitches on both sides at the bottom. No pain at all. The only con is the food diet: yo gurt, pudding, ice cream, mashed potatoes, soft scrambled eggs etc . I’m ready to eat real food now lol .. Awesome staff & I appreciate them."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this oral surgeon’s office. They removed my 15-year-old daughter’s wisdom teeth, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The doctor performed the surgery beautifully, and my daughter’s recovery has gone so smoothly because of their skill and care.The nurses were amazing as well — they kept a close eye on her, made sure she was comfortable, and answered every question I had. When I thought she might be having an issue during recovery, they didn’t hesitate to get us right back in. They checked her thoroughly and gave me complete peace of mind.Finding a medical team that is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate is rare, but this office has it all. I truly believe they try to make you feel at home. I had two wisdom teeth pulled and two other badly broken teeth pulled and they did a great job, it was a very fast process! "The most amazing staff! My youngest fell and required stitches and Dr. Chrisman was so amazing! He truly is an artist at what he does, my son needed 8 stitches and you can’t even tell he had surgery. My son doesn’t even have a scar, that’s a testament to the skill Dr Chrisman has! His assistants and front staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The office manager doesn’t just sit in an office but checks on patients and staff throughout the day! When my son needed stitches out Dr. Chrisman removed “stitches” from his stuffed animal first to help my two year old be more comfortable! The way this office goes above and beyond is why we will always chose their office in the future."

"I wanted to share how amazing and friendly the staff is, and Dr. West is awesome! I had to get 4 wisdom teeth removed and they had me in and out very timely as well as providing all the necessities for recovery. There was a complication in my healing but at no fault of the staff I just got pretty unlucky, however when I came back in they again were so polite and reassuring, that was this morning and I feel so much better now, to go from having trouble just laying in bed without pain to almost no pain is unbelievable. They deserve 10 stars but unfortunately Google doesn’t go that high lol."

"From start to finish, it was a good experience. I am almost 69, and my entire life I’ve had a fear of dentists. This began at an early age with some bad experiences with dentists in the 1960’s. I explained this to Doctor West. He assured me that he would do all he could to make it as easy as possible. From start to finish, it was the best dental procedure I’ve had. He removed 3 teeth that had broken and couldn’t be removed in a normal dental office. I highly recommend Doctor West and his staff."
"The service itself is fine. The practice they have where they require full payment upfront even though you have insurance is not a good practice for the patient. I am dual covered and still had to pay upfront."

"Something I had been dealing with for almost a year, after having teeth pulled , was a sinus preforation . I know when, almost a year later, after having tooth pulled that it was still open. Even if it was tiny , it was causing sinus problems . Kept being told it was closed . Finally was sent to oral surgeon dr Chrisman and he found the hole first thing . The day of my surgery, the staff was so welcoming and sweet. They all complimented my nail color lol. In the surgical room, they just made me feel comfortable but I was still scared out of my mind. Once they started the IV, all I remember is the lady putting something in my mouth and I woke up one time because I heard the drill but drifted right back to sleep. I learned with IV sedation you’re not all the way sleep and you can still be given commands. However, I think I was sleep, sleep lol. No pain during or after the surgery. I even thought it only took 10 mins when it probably took 45 lol. I told them good job but they told me I did a good job. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you guys soooooo much for making this an easy process. May your business continue to thrive."

"I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Williams last week. Everyone there was really sweet, nice, and polite. They did an awesome job explaining what all was going to be happening the whole time. We did have some miscommunication but they were amazing and very patient with me. Monday, I was still hurting (ended up with dry socket) and they did what they could to make me feel better. Went back today and they helped clear things up with the miscommunication. Was never once rude. Dr. Williams is very sweet, the staff is absolutely wonderful. If you have any questions or concerns, speak up and ask them. They are there to answer them. Thank you for taking care of me!"

"This is our second time in the office since Monday. The first appointment was for the doctor to tell me what needed to be done for my teenage son. It was a very quick appointment. Then sent things through to insurance. I got a call Thursday to bring him in Friday morning for oral surgery. Today is surgery day and they seem to be running a bit behind in this office. I know it happens. However with busy lives as most of us have I expect things to be done in a timely fashion. Now as for the the receptionist, staff, and to the Doctor they have all treated us nicely. One lady up front was even nice enough to check on a extra work excuse for my teen as his employer said “one week off due to this.” She had it done quickly after checking with the doctor. Everyone was helpful and went beyond making us feel secure about the entire process. Yes, from a previous review, we were sent back into the waiting area twice but only because they brought us in and took the time to review x-rays with us to put our minds at ease on the surgery and what to expect. It was no more than 30 minutes waiting total from the moment we got there, the first meeting and then I was sent to a private waiting area while I waited on him during surgery. They told me where to pull my car to pick him up after he was released from the recovery area, so I wouldn't get wet due to the pouring rain. The nurse in the recovery area was kind, very friendly and covered all the things that I needed to do and watch for post-surgery and offered advice when I asked. They continued to let us know that if we had any questions or concerns to not hesitate to contact them during the day and even sent us home with a number to call for after hours. We could not have been taken care of any better and we appreciate all that the Dr. and staff did to make us feel safe and well taken care of. Thank you. Our first visit and we will suggest to others to use this office for any oral surgery needs."
