"Had both of our older children have wisdom teeth extracted at this location. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, and informative. They walk you through the process and will answer any questions. If you have questions after the surgery, the doctor will take his time and talk to you even after hours to make sure your concerns are heard. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Would highly recommend."
"Doctor and staff were great. They explained everything well, answered all my questions and were gentle, effective and efficient. I have used them twice already and both great experience. My adult son did great, no issue. My teen daughter as well, though I was a bit worried when I learned her wisdom teeth were growing in sideways! But doctor did a wonderful job and she recovered better than expected without issue. Would definitely recommend!"

"I had the best wisdom teeth removal surgery experience ever here at North Mississippi Oral Maxillofacial surgery! The entire staff was very patient and open for any questions i had about my procedure. The initial reviews of Dr. Roberts eased my mind before even meeting him. Getting to meet him in person was great, he explained the entire process in great detail. I was super nervous to the point where I got very emotional being that it was my first surgery ever, but the female dental assistants comforted and relaxed me within minutes along with the ladies at the front desk. It was truly amazing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for wisdom teeth removal!"

"Absolutely wonderful place the staff made me feel so comfortable as if I was part of there family. The facility is top notch state of the art. And last but not least DR. Robert’s he explained everything down to the last detail, (gifted hands)!! I told all my coworkers how great this whole ordeal was. "Got four of my wisdom tooth taken out last Thursday 8-14-25, I notice the maturity of the women at the desk who chose to revealed to me what I would be expected to pay. I received the wrong estimate out of pocket after my consultation but there were text messages to remind me to insuring that they weren’t any unexpected surprises come day of surgery.The surgeon worked who on operated on me seemed confident in his field of work. He could play a role of an action movie (helicopter pilot) and it left me at ease knowing I was going under with my health in his hands. After surgery like many others have mentioned no swelling/minimum pain. I’d like to attribute that to my preparation of celery and pineapple juice but realistic it was the amazing surgeons and the simplicity of my wisdom teeth position.Once I woke up, I didn’t get the chance to thank whoever gave me a free t shirt that was cool. It made a very useful napkin afterwards trying to eat again for the first two days. Nearly a five star rated business for many reasons people!"

"My daughter recently had all four of her wisdom teeth removed, and I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were kind, professional, and made us feel at ease. The surgeon Dr. Roberts was excellent—thorough, skilled, and truly compassionate. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and the procedure went smoothly.What really stood out to me was the care after the surgery. The team of ladies who helped walk my daughter to the car were so sweet and gentle, treating her like their own. Later that evening, I had a concern and called the office after hours. Dr. Roberts personally returned my call within minutes and was incredibly reassuring and helpful.It’s rare to find a medical office that combines professionalism with genuine care, but this team does it perfectly. I’m so grateful for how they treated my daughter and highly recommend them to anyone in need of oral surgery."

"The office staff at North MS Oral/ Maxillofacial were nice and very helpful with insurance and paperwork. The office is professional, and they did a good job keeping everything simple and as comfortable as they could. The X-ray tech was super sweet and friendly, and the doctor was amazing! He was so relaxed and confident and really put me at ease. I don’t remember anything after they pushed the meds, but I do know all 4 wisdoms teeth came out. It’s been 5 days, and I’ve had no complications or complaints other than the pain I was told I would have while I was healing. I’m even back to eating some (soft) real food!My only very minor complaint was the waiting - appointment time was 11:30, and I didn’t leave until almost 2:00. (They did do X-rays and doctor had a short consultation with me before I went into the chair, so I wasn’t just sitting in the waiting room doing nothing.) However, I try not to be too critical of wait times with these types of professions (doctors, dentists, etc). They can’t predict how every situation will go or what urgent things may pop up from time to time.All in all, I think my visit went as smooth as it could have, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dental surgery or wisdom teeth removal! Your patience will be rewarded with a great staff and professional care that puts you at ease during a not-so-fun experience."
"I definitely recommend going here if you are needing your wisdom teeth removed or any other oral surgery! I was scared for days worrying about the anesthesia and I was so nervous of not waking up but everyone there was so kind and eased my nerves about it. You have people monitoring you 24/7 while you are under and making sure you are comfortable and breathing normally. My healing process was a breeze and I was able to eat normal in the next week! Might I also add that I was able to do a consultation in the same day as my surgery which was very easy to go through and fast!"
"So, I’ve been told for years to get my wisdom teeth removed. However, I was hard headed because I feared being put to sleep. My initial consultation with Dr. Robert’s put me at ease. The day of my surgery, the staff was so welcoming and sweet. They all complimented my nail color lol. In the surgical room, they just made me feel comfortable but I was still scared out of my mind. Once they started the IV, all I remember is the lady putting something in my mouth and I woke up one time because I heard the drill but drifted right back to sleep. I learned with IV sedation you’re not all the way sleep and you can still be given commands. However, I think I was sleep, sleep lol. No pain during or after the surgery. I even thought it only took 10 mins when it probably took 45 lol. I told them good job but they told me I did a good job. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you guys soooooo much for making this an easy process. May your business continue to thrive."
"I was at the practice to have a surgical extraction of a wisdom tooth and a simple extraction of another extra tooth, and everything went very well. All of the staff were very polite, knowledgeable, funny and extremely sensitive. I was already under sedation before I got to see Dr. Roberts again, but my procedures, thank God were conducted in a timely matter. (And I should know, because I time everything.)🙂 If you are looking for a very good dental surgery center and staff, please consider North Mississippi Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates. They are great!"

I was educated before and after the procedure on how to treat my wisdom teeth. I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends!!"

I had no bad pain the day after all 4 of my wisdom teeth were removed, and was able to manage the pain I did have without the need for stronger pain medication.Despite everyone I know saying that I would be a swollen mess for a week afterwards, I was able to walk and talk easily the night after my surgery!"

"I have been a nurse for 33 years. My experience with Dr. Roberts and his staff was outstanding. Everyone from the receptionist when I arrived…to the assistance getting into my truck….could not have been more nice and professional. On the day I was there, Casey and Chris helped Dr. Roberts with a tooth extraction that required sedation. Had some special needs due to my medical history. They were very understanding and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend North Mississippi Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery."

Dr. Roberts put me at ease in the consultation before the surgery. Thankfully, I have felt no pain and have had no complications whatsoever. Even the Nurse who inserted IV for the sedation didn't cause me any pain. Oddly, I developed a persistent case of the hiccups after the procedure that woke me up twice the night after the extraction. I felt silly calling the Dr.'s office to ask about this, but I did. His staff was very understanding and helpful even though I called on the busiest day of their schedule. They took the time to phone me in an Rx to help with the issue and Dr. Roberts even called me at 7:30 P.M. after their office Christmas Party to check on me! Thank you, Dr. Roberts and your amazing staff!!"
