"Had a really great experience here getting my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Williams was awesome. He was super friendly and took the time to explain everything to me after my X-rays and before the surgery, which definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable going into it. He was very informative and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He even came back afterward to let me know how everything went.The whole process was honestly really smooth. One thing I especially appreciated was that they gave me a pretty accurate estimate of what I would owe after insurance about a week before the surgery. It gave me time to plan for the cost, and there were no surprise bills or unexpected charges when I got there.Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, and overall they made something I definitely wasn’t looking forward to about as easy and stress-free as it could’ve been. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Williams and North Mississippi Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates!"
"As someone who was extremely nervous for wisdom teeth extraction, Dr. Williams and his team made it a breeze! He and his staff are extremely thoughtful, patient, and kind. They eased my nerves and I had a successful, quick procedure. My recovery was almost too easy, I had no pain or swelling after day 1! I couldn’t recommend this office and Dr. Williams enough!"
"Dr. Williams is amazing ! He eased any anxiety I had about the procedure (and trust me I had a lot considering I have dental anxiety and being pregnant on top of it). He checked on me throughout the whole tooth extraction making sure I was ok and wasn’t in any pain and it was honestly over before I knew it. I am eternally grateful to the amazing staff at this establishment for helping me with my dental issues after years of putting it off. I definitely recommend this place !"

"I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Williams last week. Everyone there was really sweet, nice, and polite. They did an awesome job explaining what all was going to be happening the whole time. We did have some miscommunication but they were amazing and very patient with me. Monday, I was still hurting (ended up with dry socket) and they did what they could to make me feel better. Went back today and they helped clear things up with the miscommunication. Was never once rude. Dr. Williams is very sweet, the staff is absolutely wonderful. If you have any questions or concerns, speak up and ask them. They are there to answer them. Thank you for taking care of me!"
